Premium

LogDog is free for the core job — relaying your VRChat group's audit log to Discord. Premium unlocks a few extras and helps keep the lights on.

What Premium unlocks

  • Custom event colors — set your own embed color per event type from /events (free servers use each event's log-level color).
  • Full-history backfill — when you first connect a group, Premium pulls its full available audit history instead of just the most recent events.

More perks may be added over time — Premium servers get them automatically.

Plans

Premium is a subscription that gives you a number of server slots you apply to your own servers:

Tier Premium servers
$5 / month 1 server
$10 / month 3 servers

Slots belong to you, and you choose which of your servers use them — so the $10 tier can cover three separate communities, or you can move a slot between servers any time.

Become a supporter

How to activate it

  1. Subscribe on Patreon (button above) and connect your Discord account to Patreon (Patreon → Settings → Apps → Discord).
  2. Join the LogDog support server — Patreon assigns your supporter role there, which is how LogDog recognizes your subscription.
  3. In the server you want to upgrade, run /premiumApply to this server.

/premium shows how many slots you have and how many are free. To upgrade more servers, just run it in each one (up to your slot count).

It can take a moment

After you subscribe and link Discord, Patreon needs a minute to assign your role. If /premium shows 0 slots right away, give it a few minutes and try again.

Managing your subscription

  • Move a slot to a different server — run /premiumRemove on the old one, then Apply on the new one.
  • Upgrade (e.g. $5 → $10) — you get more slots; apply them with /premium on additional servers.
  • Downgrade or cancel — see below.

If your subscription changes or lapses

LogDog checks your supporter status regularly. If you cancel, downgrade, or lose your Patreon role and end up with more premium servers than slots:

  • There's a short grace period (a few days) — so a billing hiccup or a brief Patreon sync delay won't immediately drop your premium.
  • If it's not restored in time, your most recently upgraded servers revert to Free first (oldest stays premium), and a notice is posted in the server. Custom colors fall back to the default log-level colors.
  • Re-subscribe (or pick which servers to keep with /premium) and everything resumes — if you're back within the grace window, the revert is cancelled automatically.

Free Premium for beta testers

Beta testers get Premium on one server, free. If that's you, it's already applied — run /premium to see your status. Questions? Ask in the support server.
