Premium

Premium is available through Discord and Patreon. Core audit logging, moderation commands, and dashboard setup are free. Premium adds customization, longer dashboard history views, exports, and higher feature limits.

Prices are in US dollars and are the same on Discord and Patreon. Discord's checkout shows your local price and any tax, and the purchase page is the final word on price and billing terms.

Each server covered is a slot belonging to the Discord account that subscribed. Buying a plan gives you slots; you still need to apply a slot to each server.

Apply Premium to a server

You must own the Discord server or have Administrator, and the account applying the slot must have an available slot.

On the dashboard

  1. Sign in to app.logdog.gg with the Discord account connected to your purchase.
  2. Select your server and open Premium.
  3. Choose Activate Premium. The page follows the request through and shows Premium is active once the server's plan has updated, usually within a minute.

In Discord

Run /premium in the server and choose Apply to this server. The command also shows how many of your slots are in use.

If a slot is missing, check that you are using the correct Discord account. For Patreon, check your linked Discord account and tier role in the support server. Allow time for the purchase to reach LogDog before trying again.

One-off scheduled events are unlimited on both plans. Playlists hold up to 50 worlds on either plan. CSV files attached to Discord commands remain available on the free plan; the export upgrade applies to the dashboard.

Both plans import the audit history VRChat still has for your group when you set up. Premium does not import more. See First sync.

Move a slot or manage your subscription

To move a slot, remove Premium from its current server using the Premium page (Remove premium from this server at the bottom of the page; you type the server's name to confirm, and the page shows the removal until the server is back on Free) or /premium, then apply an available slot to the other server.

Removing a slot from a server does not cancel billing. Manage or cancel your subscription through the platform you paid through: Discord or Patreon.

When Premium ends

Removing the slot returns a server to Free right away. If the subscription behind it lapses, Premium features stay on for 3 more days first, and the dashboard says when they end.

Nothing is deleted. Settings, playlists, presets, and history stay saved, and everything below works again as soon as Premium is back on the server.

Instance notices New notices use the default title and color, with no minimum player count.
Scheduled events Series you already have keep running. New series and edits must fit Free's limits: 3 active series, up to 3 months ahead. Past events older than 90 days are hidden, not deleted.
World playlists Playlists you have keep working. You can create one only while you have fewer than 3.
Reason presets Every saved preset still appears. To edit the list, trim it to 10.
Request screening Auto-deny rules act as flags, and only the first 3 blocked keywords and 3 flagged groups are checked.
Temporary bans Bans already set still end on their original date. New or changed bans can last up to 30 days.
Stats, announcement history, and CSV exports Dashboard stats offer 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days; announcement history goes back 30 days; dashboard CSV exports are unavailable.
Announcements created by LogDog Up to 4 per hour and 10 per day.

Supporter role

Premium supporters can receive the Supporter role in the LogDog support server. Patreon subscribers also need their Discord account linked on Patreon for the tier to reach LogDog.

Beta tester Premium

If you were granted beta tester Premium, check the dashboard's Premium page or /premium for your current status and available slots. Contact the support server if the grant is missing.
